How to Return

  2. Ship your item using the instructions we provide, with a tracking code.

  3. Receive your refund within 14 business days after we get your item in good condition.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and typically range from $20–$40 to our warehouse in Asia.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you wish to return an item, please follow the return process above.

Important

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

  • For customer-choice returns, shipping costs are your responsibility.
